Inspiration behind the Artwork
The ancient Greeks and Egyptians described a mythical bird called the Phoenix, a magnificent creature that was a symbol of renewal and rebirth. According to legend, each Phoenix lived for 500 years, and only one Phoenix lived at a time. Just before its time was up, the Phoenix built a nest and set itself on fire. Then, a new Phoenix would rise from the ashes.
This piece was created exactly with this legend in mind as well as the beautiful setting and essential feeling of full rejuvenation of the VIP room in the Intercontinental Hotel Spa, Park Lane, London.
This piece has been created in warm Earthy tones of Forest Green and Brown with 24K gold detailing. Green colour signifies freshness, growth, prosperity and hope, while brown brings in earthiness, reliability, warmth and authenticity. Very fine Gold detailing is all about adding a touch of luxury and meticulousness to the design. I have used Tiger eye polished natural stone as well as individual wands, Natural Fluorite, Bloodstone, Green Aventurine, Green Jade and Mica stones and chunky Moss Agate to create the centrepiece. Each one of these stones has beautiful energies to bring to the Artwork owner:
Tiger Eye's element is Earth and its Chakra is Solar plexus. It gives you a "go for it" feeling, it improves intuition and protects from negativity and fear. It gives you courage to move forward in life.
Natural Fluorite: element is Water, Chakra is Brow. Fluorite helps focus your mind, in child rooms bedrooms it reduces excitability at night, it reduces the tiring effect of the computer screens, place fluorite anywhere you need to create order out of chaos.
Bloodstone: element is Fire, Chakra heart. Bloodstone strategically placed under the bed will help you wake up refreshed with a zest for life. When the bloodstone is around kit it helps you let go of anger, it b ring gs strength and courage, and gives you inner strength when you feel anxious, helps you eliminate toxins.
